    Ran into Value City 10 before they were closing. Wasn’t aware of their new hours. The staff allowed me look at the item I came to see. I ended up buying the item. It was delivered today and the delivery guys were professional, on time and cleaned up behind themselves. Very pleased with my whole experience.

    Purchased an electric recliner for my mom for her nursing home. She loves it says it is very comfortable and easy for her to use. The picture is the floor model at the store. Delivery was easy and the home was very happy with the delivery team and loved that they didnt have to wait for the property management or me to put it together.

    I purchase a gray swindle set back in August 2025,(Livingroom set) I sat on the set 1 st time in Sept 2025 noticed the arm on left side was loose, the repair guy came out and could not repair. So the came out and brought another one, the delivery guy questioned stated he didn't seen what was wrong.

    I am satisfied with this furniture store. We’ve got a lot of wonderful furniture with you them. They definitely work with you. We had a hard time getting a complete order on the dining room set and they made it right for us. I appreciate that customer service is very hard these days it just doesn’t seem to be an existence, but these people sure do take care of you. We will be back to buy more
