TL:DR-- you may not get your furniture when they say you will. We went into the store in the summer and picked a couch with the earliest delivery date of September 10th-- approx 3 months away. We were told that parts might arrive early and we would have the option to have them delivered as they arrived, or just wait for the entire couch to be delivered on September 10th. We got no notifications on the order until about a week before the delivery date where we were asked by a rep if we wanted to have the 1 piece they had in stock delivered, or wait for the whole couch to be delivered on Nov 22nd. The best they could offer for the inconvenience was 15% off only on the pieces that were not available for delivery on time. I did research and found that it has been a common complaint about VCF, and there are people who have been waiting on their furniture even longer than we were. In the end, we felt like they were not upfront about the delay and were unsure if they'd deliver on the next date, so we canceled. Had they been upfront we probably would have just kept the order.

We were greeted right away by Anderson upon entering the store. Ben helped us on the 2nd floor and recommended Jorge as the bed expert. Jorge was very informative, kind and patient. We are so impressed by his knowledge of beds and he really helped us figure out the most affordable options that fit our budget. Amazing customer service at this store. Thank you Jorge!
