    We recently purchased furniture from Value City Furniture and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The pieces we chose are absolutely beautiful and of excellent quality—you can really tell they’re made to last. Although we had to wait a bit for part of our order to be delivered, it was definitely worth it. What truly made this experience special, though, was Lori. From the moment we walked in, she was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all our questions, offered great advice, and made sure we felt confident with every choice we made. Even through the delivery wait, she stayed in touch and made sure everything went smoothly. Honestly, I wish more people in customer service were like Lori—she genuinely cared and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Her professionalism and warmth really made a difference. Highly recommend this store—and if you can, ask for Lori!

    Delivery guys r awesome and fast !!!!! But the store needs more stock availability! Plus salesman says yes one of your furniture pieces is available then some guys calls and says no not till January!!! lol get your stuff together
