I was told by the salesman, Patrick that I had the option to come in trade out my mattress if I did not feel it was what I wanted to keep. I called just last week to speak to Mr. Patrick about coming to pick out another mattress. I was told to come in and pick out the mattress that I would like so that I can return that one I have and when I got there, I met Mr. Reed who said he would give me a call once he did everything but never got the call. I ended up having to call back, kept getting the runaround Until today. Come to find out. I did not have a mattress protection on my mattress which I was under the impression, Mr. Patrick had added on to my mattress or my bill so that I can come back and purchase another mattress I didn’t get anything resolved from neither Mr. Patrick or Mr. Reed so I asked to speak to Mr. Eric who told me that because of health issues he couldn’t take the mattress back and it was nothing he was due, even though it was his sales person Fault that I did not know I did not get my protection plan. I am very disappointed because I am now stuck with a mattress that I do not want. I do not advise anybody to go to the store to purchase anything. If you do make sure the sales person is knowledgeable enough to let you know What is accepted and what is not.
