- LVLinda Vujnich2 days ago5.0I was very impressed with the salesperson Maureen Deppe at Value City in Fairview Heights Ilinois. She was very polite and at the same time very professional. She went out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. She was very knowledgeable and she even walked me through the process from beginning to end. I am very satisfied with the living room chair that I purchased. I will definitely be back to purchase more furniture that I will need in my new place.

- JHJames HachettAug 9, 20251.0Had about 10 sales people bombarded me whenever I entered the doors to Value City Furniture. I was greeted by Morgan he was nice and respectful. The store was in complete shambles. Small little bits of trash all over the ground and in the furniture. I saw a black recluse on their Warner sectional. I looked through their clearance and I saw a roach slide across the floor……… WILL NEVER BUY FURNITURE HERE AGAIN!!!
- JGJohn GoelzAug 8, 20251.0Picked up a Tacoma power reclining sofa on 8.6 and after assembling discovered that one side does not recline. Value City has failed to recognize the importance of working furniture and has only offered 75 dollars refunded and a repair appointment 2 weeks away that will require time off work. 75 dollars does not cover the cost of time off or the time spent dealing with this issue. There is no value when furniture arrives broken and being made whole takes 2 weeks. Little to no care or respect given to the consumer. Be warned.
