    Manager Jessie at Fairview Hts was very helpful in completely our purchase. Delivery was as she explained in notification and timeframe of our delivery. Guys on delivery were fantastic in bringing things in and setting up. Also, polite and had a sense of humor!

    I enjoyed looking at the show room and picked out A dinning room table 2 end tables and last but not least a large center table. I had no problems with anything until it came time for my furniture to arrive and the large center table was missing . I immediately called the store and ask for the store manager he assured me he would look into it and call me back let me know what happened and that he is going to handle the problem. I waited and waited for hours I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK! So I called back and a reception answered and she said oh yes the manager left a note and said it will be 5 days late. If I hadn’t called back they would not have contacted me she said it was just a note left there in case I called back. Besides not receiving a call I was given no explanation whatsoever how this happened and paid for delivery fees. It’s just a in a world where I could have spent that $3000 at any furniture store, the customer service from this Manager was terrible. On the other hand everyone else was really nice and the receptionist kept apologizing for him. But I have a voice and I will use it when it comes to bad customer service.

    Maureen & Tyra were the absolute best help! Since I have been looking for a couch for 6 months, I have come into the store 3 times before and couldn’t find anything I really wanted. Today I came back one last time and Maureen was the biggest help. Tyra was great helping with the payment process. Both were very helpful explaining everything I needed to know.
