  Was in the Boardman Store on Oct 18. Purchased a matress and base. Was told it was in sock and would be delivered Oct 22. Got a delivery confirmation text on Monday that my order would be delivered between 10:00 and 1:00. Tuesday afternoon we got a call from the store stating our order didn't make the truck from the warehouse. They offered Friday delivery but that did not work for my schedule. I asked them when it would arrive at the store. They said it would be there Thursday morning, so I told them I would just pick it up. Well it never came in. Now they are say Oct 29! How does a major retail store not know when there product will be delivered. Cancelled my order. Save yourself time and frustration shop where they respect there customers

  The salesman Mark was very helpful. He guided us through several different mattresses that he thought would work for our preferences. We never felt pressured to make a big ticket purchase. Would ask for Mark again in the future.
