    Delivery company came at the time expected. We’re very careful and preventing damage to my property. Both gentlemen were very polite and helpful.

    The crew that replaced a mistake from first delivery really made everything right. The first crew didn't even get a signature or tell my wife that they were done. Maybe the reason was they were responsible for damage, will never know. The second crew was respectful and did and awesome job. Thank you.

    Alex was awesome, she is great with her customer service & helped w all of our questions. She also went above & beyond to help us w all of our needs. Kelsey helped as well & helped her with some things & made things go smoothly. Great customer service! I will be coming back for my other home furniture in the near future & WILL absolutely ask & have NO other salesperson than Alex! Thank you Alex for the Awesome experience!

    We purchased a very expensive sectional towards middle of Dec 2024. Delivery was great. No issues there. After about 3 weeks, one of the motorized recliners started having issues. We called because we paid for the warranty. It took them 6 weeks to send a repair tech. Tech was there for 37 seconds, said they needed to order a part. That was March. We’ve called 8 different times for an update with each response “someone will have to call you back.” Fast forward to today (Aug 31, 2025)… I called. Very nice guy informs me the part was ordered in May (30 days after tech came out) and anticipated delivery is mid October provided there are no issues with it coming from overseas. That’s right…. Working on 10 months or longer with a broken recliner that was brand new and very expensive. Customer service is not good at following up. Super super long delays. Very disappointing.
