Better yet, it's framed as they are the victim,' and if you try to walk them through the process—here is what happened, date/time—you'll get them gaslighting you into pretending to be the victim of the manufacturer/shipper, etc. Sir, we just don't know, can't be sure...how the heck do you folks run a business like this? Do better—this was a master class in how not to communicate with customers.
