I visited Value City as I’m moving into a new home and needed a dining room table and chairs which Kristen helped me find specific to the dimensions of my space. Most importantly for this review, I’m a contractor and I abuse my body at work and I just turned 51 yesterday. I needed a new bed and Kristen said to me, go in this room and start laying on all the mattresses and I’ll be back. She came back 10 min later and explained everything one could ever need or want to know about selecting a mattress. Kristen was knowledgeable about the mattress products, helped figure out which type I needed and provided options for bases and frames. I would highly recommend Kristen at the Robinson location. They say purchasing a house is the biggest purchase you’ll make followed by a vehicle…coming in at a solid 3rd would be a mattress purchase and having someone as knowledgeable as Kristen to help you in that decision process is a valuable asset. Thanks Birdy for all your help!
