    Have spent well over $10,000 in this place, always bought my furniture from them and purchased the pure promise protection they offer. Never had to use it until my most recent purchase, a hole got in my new couch and I filed a claim back in June. Have been on the phone for months getting no where finally was told my part was ready for pick up in the store, drove 2 hours to pick it up it wasn’t there. Now I am being told I’m not able to get a replacement part until February. 🤣 absolute joke. Now thanksgiving and Christmas featuring massive hole that hasn’t been addressed and won’t be addressed for 9 months. Think twice before buying the warranty, because the real kicker is I have been told I can’t just cancel it and get my money back for that either 😅

    Delivery team was efficient in removal of my existing mattress and set up of my new base and mattress. Highly recommended!

    I purchased a new couch and they delivered a couch with holes in the cushions and a seemingly unstable base. To remedy this, they sent a tech to repair the pillows but will not take the creaking base seriously. They continue to ask for video proof of the couch creaking, but I work a busy schedule can not set a phone up every time I sit on the couch to catch the sporadic creaks. Feels like I paid 1200 for a couch that was not in brand new condition.

    They watched the parking lot waiting to see you pull up. They bombard you at the door and when you tell him you're just looking they're still insisting on talking to you. They follow you around the store like you're going to put a couch in your pocket and steal it. I had full intentions on purchasing a couch but Miss Jennifer the salesperson put a stop to that by following us around.

    I definitely not Recommend Value city furniture for any furniture, I ordered a dining Room table set on July 27 they delivered on September 17 table came manufactured damaged and chairs where damaged too and not the color I wanted . Went back to the store in Greenwood, first the lady don’t want to deal with any exchanges so she call the Manager, he came with a really bad attitude All he said was I can’t continue making exchanges until you find the table you like , all marble tables are different colors , and I said yes sir but the table I want it it was lighter and the one you guys delivered it was darker and damaged , I said I don’t want it or you can exchanged for one lighter color , he argued with me for more than 45 minutes, all I ask was to exchange the table, it was not the color I wanted in the 1st place and plus it came Damaged, he said you have to paid 15% restocked fee , I said it’s okay He still arguing with me, now what point you have to argue with a customer, it supposed to be customer satisfaction, right and you are the store manager why do you have such a negative Nasty attitude with a customer is trying to purchase from you store That’s why stores goes out off business , because you loose customers with that type of attitude, you don’t know how to do business, I would like the CEO of Value City Furniture contact me Soon
