  Wow! Such nice employees and a huge selection. I was greeted at the door and then just a casual check in 15 mins later. Employees weren't looming or overly aggressive. I had been to several different stores that day while shopping for a couch and this was definitely the most pleasant experience I had had.

  The delivery of my beautiful new furniture from VCF, was amazing! Jose was professional and polite, he called to keep me posted on his arrival. Jose was prompt and efficient, he placed the furniture in position to my liking and put the batteries in the controllers. Jose tested each unit to ensure that every piece was properly functioning and followed up with me to ensure everything was good. I am so pleased from the start of my selection and meeting Daryl in the store to receiving my lovely furniture from Jose. Absolute top notch customer service, customer care was exceptional throughout the process. Thank you VCF, Daryl, Jose and the delivery team for managing and handling everything wonderfully. (A little close together for now, but we are moving into a house very soon. So congratulations to me too!) My furniture is going to look awesome in the house! B. Lawrence 9/16/25
