She was great in helping us purchase a top of the line couch and live seat but got a call from their warehouse that it is only the live seat arriving and the couch will not be here till mid November. We were promised our delivery to arrive together not once but twice! Very disappointed with their non response to this matter. Been trying to call the store but receive no answer or support. Hope this follow up review gets to someone who can help us??? Check with Karla. She will know who this is. Deleting very for Rolling Meadows October 31st. Expect a follow up call and I will post a follow up review once this gets taken care of.

- ACAakash ChitnisOct 23, 20251.0STAY AWAY FROM VALUE CITY! Ordered a sofa in September, was finally ready to pick up only just half of what I ordered. Went to pick up and turns out that half wasn’t even ready. I called ahead of time to make sure that the half I was picking up was ready and they assured me it was….it was not. They just take your money and push back the pick up date every week. Terrible company. Highly do not recommend. Pay the extra somewhere else and get the product in a timely manner.

They were very informative and not trying to push you to buy. Great suggestions were made and I felt very comfortable that they were naturally concerned about pleasing me with my purchase choice. - MMMaeOct 4, 20251.0Avoid making purchases from this store! They will accept your order just to get your money and provide you with a delivery date, only to later deceive you by claiming it will be postponed until next year. I placed an order for a dining set in July 2025, and they informed me it would be ready by August 2025. When I followed up regarding my set, they simply stated that it would now be ready on 2026. They continuously attribute the delays to the company manufacturing the furniture, but why do they persist in accepting orders if they are unable to manage them and deceive their customers?
