Rented a uhual to throw away old furniture and when i arrived for pick up said they wont receieve it for ANOTHER MONTH. So couchless for a month and i asked for free delivery to make up for the uhual i wasted and she told me it wont be able until 2 months!!!! Cold lady had nothing to say to me besides "you want a refund or what?"like thats the best you got? They prey on us on the sales floor to bu6 their products and when we do. Not even a darn phone call at the least to warn us. Never going to buy another product from them and will not recommend to anyone
