  Bought a power recliner sofa from Value City Furniture. When it was delivered, the power cords were missing. I called multiple times to get help, but no one seemed to know where they were. Eventually, they said they’d order new ones for me. After two weeks, I finally received the cords — but they were clearly used, taken off another sofa. When I got home and plugged everything in, one of the recliners didn’t work at all. I contacted them again to request a return, but they said the return period is only seven days... This company is a total scam. They only care about selling, not helping you afterward. Horrible service, horrible experience, horrible place. Stay away.
