  Matt was a professional! Great customer service went above and beyond while we were looking to purchase a new bed for our teenage boy he connected with my son showed him the best features of the bed.

  Horrible horrible horrible! It's been over a year now when I purchased some pieces of furniture. Some had to be ordered and a few were available for pick up. I waited about three weeks for the furniture to be available to pick up at the Amherst store location. I live outside the village of Catt August so it's about an hour and 45 minute drive each way. I was told all the furniture that I purchased, The ordered furniture, and the available to pick up furniture, would be available to pick up on a Wednesday afternoon. I need to rent a U-Haul truck Which was quite expensive. To make certain that all the furniture would be at the location for pick up I called the day before and spoke to the shipping personnel at the Amherst location and they assured me that all my furniture was there to be picked up on Wednesday . When I went there with my U-Haul there was two items that were not available to be picked up. Very inconvenient. I had no way of picking the furniture up another day. To solve the problem I was able to find someone to pick up one piece of the furniture a few weeks later. The other piece of furniture which was back ordered I was called and said that it was in finally and I could come and pick it up. Again I had already run it a U-Haul time, and I had already supplied another means of pick up For the other piece of furniture at another date. I told the management at value city that it would be their obligation to bring me the furniture they said absolutely not they have no way to do that. I spent thousands of dollars there and expected a bit more courtesy customer service than I received. so as of today not only do they owe me some money but my piece of furniture which was about $600 if I remember correctly has been sitting at their warehouse for over a year. This is a horrible example of a business just not carrying at all About their customers. Horrible! As promised I have not bought anything else there and spent about $15,000 at two other furniture stores which demonstrated and ability to be responsible for their promises. My salesman gave me the typical lip service about how he wasn't responsible for the sale and the delivery process, blah blah blah. I hope this review gets some views and results in the company being more responsible. Very unhappy displeased customer would never buy a single item from this business again or give them a good referral

  I highly recommend Anthony (Tony) at the Value City Furniture on Maple Rd. I walked in with my mother looking for two different dining sets for both of our new houses. He was very friendly, informative, and easy to talk to. He didn’t feel too pushy for the sale and he made our entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. I ended up purchasing a dining room set and my mom plans on purchasing hers within the next week or so.

  Sandy first greeted me as I came in the store- she was so kind and gave me time to look around. I came with measurements of my oddly shaped room, and needed some guidance on what to purchase to finish off our family room. She helped me pick out the perfect sectional. My family loves it. Thanks Sandy!

  I have been searching for furniture for the last three months, and I can be quite indecisive. Albert at the Maple Road location was absolutely amazing. He is a new employee and was incredibly accommodating during both of my visits. When I came in this evening, he worked with me for HOURS to configure a modular couch in a way that isn’t really even an option making it work perfectly for my needs. He has the patience of a saint, and despite being new at this store, he seemed to know more than some of the others I have worked with in the past. Albert is a true asset to this company and I hope they treat him well. Thank you Albert 👏
