  9/25/2025: “Outstanding”- (Chesapeake Square) Ms. Jackie, Ms. Jackie, Ms. Jackie- simply THE BEST!!! From the moment my mother & I enter acted with her, she has been NOTHING short of AMAZING! She stepped in as another associate was preparing to transition from the company, to ensure that EVERYTHING goes well with our furniture order! There is SO MUCH that can be said: her attention to detail, her kind spirit, her willingness to help, her tenacity, are just a few characteristics that we ABSOLUTELY LOVE about her! My mother’s dining room set is a “hot commodity” & it looked as if it wouldn’t get delivered until after the holidays, which put a damper on her spirit. Ms. Jackie continued to keep my mother in the loop with her being on the hunt to find a way to get her set delivered sooner rather than later. There were MANY bumps in the road; table tops being broken, missed opportunities , etc. However, she did not allow that to stop the search. Sure enough, in TRUE Ms. Jackie fashion, she somehow worked her magic as she mentioned she would & called to let us know that she found the dining room set. My mother was overjoyed with the wonderful news, as her wish to have her beautiful “MUST HAVE” item will now be delivered in a few days. Thank you SOOO MUCH, Ms. Jackie!!! Your customer service is A1 & we will be seeing you soon to place another order for more furniture. I hope Value City knows how much of an asset you truly are….. God Bless! Ms. Adams + Son

  They were very. courteous to us. It was raining and they laid down mats so they didn’t track in water.

  I just want to say that George went above and beyond to help me and to make sure I was very satisfied before leaving the store. He is the salesman everyone should have the privilege of working with and customers should have the pleasure of having him take care of them the way he did me. Thank you so much George for all you did.

  Negative stars needed ! Worst customer service lady ever !! Bad attitude and rude ever . I am the customer and if this person at the desk is the help I would be reaching out for god help me will never go here again the girl behind the counter treated me like trash
