  Pre paid for my furniture in stock, now 6 days for delivery I get a call now 1pc is backorder til February, WHY.

  They delivered my stuff without a box spring then didn’t want to get me one and then the black lady terry hung up on me and proceeded to be rude when I go to the store the big manager which is the white man was very very extremely rude to me he tried to tell me they have other customers they don’t need my service and also told me to leave the store and said he would’ve hung up on me too he also was laughing in my face I was clearly upset and dissatisfied he brushed off the fact she hung up on me and was doing all these hand, gestures and head movements towards me The lady that hung up on me also admitted to my face that she hung up on me and her boss didn’t say anything to her Dan to tell her boss how I asked her can I speak with somebody over her and she just hung up on me and he proceeded to basically tell me how that’s OK
