The first 2 approaches we met with simple "no thank you", the 3rd was told to please let me look alone and if I need you, I'll call you over ". My husband and I took our time, sat in about 15 couches and finally found exactly what we were looking for. They do have the best warranty for pet damage! I would recommend this location. Our saleswoman was Livia and she was wonderful.

Bill was very knowledgeable about the furniture pieces and helped us find the perfect couch for our space! He went out of his way to look up which couches would fit our living room and showed us other options when measurements didn’t match. With his help, we were able to purchase a wonderful couch. Highly recommend this store, and ask for Bill when you come in :)
