- MIMichael Incardona2 days ago1.0I purchased a sofa, loveseat, and rocker chair with cash on 08/16/25 from Timothy Case in the Greece NY Value City Furniture store and was just informed on 11/12/25 that the rocker chair has been discontinued and will be refunded. I only found this out after I contacted them because I had not heard from them regarding the delayed delivery date that was supposed to be on 11/13/25. So I did some research on my order online and found that they delayed my delivery date again to 11/21/25 and then again to 01/2026 without contacting me. So that's when I reached out and was informed that something I paid for in advance 3 months ago was not going to be delivered. Literal bait and switch. Only buy from this place if you are poor and can't afford to pay cash for good service and will put up with poor service because they are financing your order for profit.

We found a second piece of furniture thanks to him. He had no guarantee that we would buy, and led us around the entire store. He made sure to point out deals, and encouraged us to try out everything we wanted to.
