    Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They never call you back. We ordered a ton of furniture in May. It’s almost November and it’s still not right. The furniture itself is ok, but I’ll never buy there again. Every single delivery was a problem.

    We have shopped at Value City multiple times in the last few months. Rick is THE best! He he helped us pick out a few different pieces. Also helped us look up multiple options for what fit our needs. Highly recommend for a no-pressure buying experience.

    Absolutely love this place I highly recommend it, I’m a native of Dublin and haven’t seen a better furniture in years so if you want the best one please by all means come to value city furniture. Ayesha helped me and my girlfriend get a couch for our place and. We can’t wait to enjoy it so thank you so much I will always keep coming here.
