- ABAmanda Barrera5 days ago2.0I picked up my couch in September 6th 2025 one of the feet was missing from the set. I was told it would be ordered and sent to my home. A month gose by and still nothing. Weekly calls and i been told multiple different things from it will be sent to my home with 2 day shipping to having to reship and then being told they have to reorder and for me to pick up from store. 2 months and still nothing.

They never told the manager who orders parts, so I had to call twice and the rep I spoke to was clueless and the manager doesn’t know when the screw will arrive. I’m still waiting on a follow up call. This is ridiculous incompetency if I’ve ever dealt with it.
- DDDevinSep 24, 20251.0I ordered my furniture the second week of April and was told that it would be delivered in 2 weeks. Not only did my couch take 6 weeks, but my table took 5 MONTHS. Throughout these 5 months, not one time has a representative from the store called me with an update. It was always me that was having to reach out for an update on MY furniture that THEY delayed for so long. I spoke to several different employees throughout the process, many of which told me that their manager had left for the day and they would call me back the following day. Guess what? Never happened. Every time I went into the store, not a single employee looked like they even cared about the trouble I was enduring. On top of the fact that I was constantly being fed conflicting information by multiple members of the “team”. For the absolute nightmare they put me through of not having a table to eat at for 5 months, they provided no type of compensation, no type of additional perks or any effort to make anything right whatsoever. All I got were pathetic apologies every time I spoke to someone on the phone. This store is by FAR the most incompetent collection of employees I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to in my life, and I pray that someone reads this review before even spending the energy it takes to get into their car and drive to this store. Today is a monumental day. The day I picked up my table. I will mark my calendar for 9/24, so that every year for the rest of my life I can celebrate the day that I last talked to a Value City Furniture employee.
