The only thing I would recommend is delivering the couch in the box because ours arrived dirty but thankfully Josue who delivered immediately called in to have it cleaned. Very kind and courteous, will definitely shop from them again!

I’m 8 months pregnant, and they completely messed up my bedroom delivery. The warehouse shipped the wrong rails, so the delivery team had to take everything back — which means another week of delay after already waiting so long. Extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. Whoever is managing the warehouse and dispatch clearly has no idea what they’re doing. The dispatch team was also rude and insensitive when I called — zero empathy or accountability. The entire process shows how broken the company’s system and culture are. My friend had a similar nightmare — she ordered a couch that was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks and ended up waiting 3 months because of more “mistakes.” Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Go to Bob’s, Ashley, or Pottery Barn — anywhere but here. I would never recommend Value City Furniture to anyone.

I told them it’s not even a freaking 10 day old and now they try to Avoid you know they’re not answering my phone last 15 days. I ordered it a month and a half ago and my delivery come two weeks ago and I’m not able to follow any of them.
