  They keep delaying the delivery and its really frustrating as nobody knows when I will get the furniture when I call them

  This Freud Furniture store is a complete scam. When you walk in and ask about the warranty, they tell you that for 4 years ANYTHING will be covered — any accident, no matter what. But when it comes time to actually use the warranty, they flip the story. Suddenly it’s a “different company,” suddenly only a few accidents are covered, and if it’s damage from moving rooms or houses, they won’t cover it at all. Totally ridiculous. The manager (Alec or Alex) was very rude and unhelpful, and Ben was also mean and not helpful at all. At first, Ben told us he would help, even though it had been a few years, but later he changed his mind and refused, saying it was “over a year” and they couldn’t do anything. He knew from the beginning it had already been 3–4 years, and still said it was fine and we had time — but later he completely went back on his word after the warranty claim was declined. Scammers lierssss This store is a joke. They advertise ANYTHING is covered just to make the sale, then when you actually need help, they run away from responsibility. No wonder the place is always empty nobody wants to buy from liars. I honestly hope this business never has success, because they don’t deserve it. Scammy, rude, dishonest people. Don’t waste your money here!

  David Moultrie is an AMAZING salesman!!! He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied!!! I purchased a recliner and couch set. The chair was delivered. The couch was delayed a month, which was fine. I was told a week before delivery that it was delayed again several months. Unfortunately, that was not an option for me. He physically went thru inventory piece by piece to find me a matching set! He upgraded me to a power set, rather than manual as originally purchased, at no additional charge!!! And was able to get it delivered sooner than original date!!! I was ECSTATIC!!! He is wonderful!!! Very knowledgeable about the product, kind, caring. He lifted the added stress off of me immediately. He made such an impression!!! He made me 1 very happy lady!!! Come see him for your furniture needs! You will not be sorry! You will love him too!!! ❤️
