  Extremely ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED!!! Today I finally received my delivery after 11 days of delay, 2 complaints, the base of the mattress ERGO ADJ BASE-KIT $3,244.03 dls it doesn't work properly and Night Stand with USB and night sensor $499.99 dls cords were cut off. I hope this review can be seen by a senior manager or a corporate associate and help me solve this situation ASAP, VCF has a lot to improve...

  Don’t deliver what they say and charge at anyway. Screen calls for returns and hesitant to give refunds until absolutely against a wall.

  Extremely happy with the delivery team, the professionalism of both workers was top tier!!! I’m still waiting on the left facing portion of my order which is on back order until December, the inventory online is showing October and this has been a pain saking process for various reasons including the delivery dates changing constantly, moving up and pushed back several times, blocking my work days and changing constantly. The couch is beautiful and still waiting for the rest

  I had a really good experience shopping at Value City Furniture in Charlotte, NC! Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The prices are great for the quality you get — definitely worth it. The staff was so kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They made the whole process easy and welcoming, which I always appreciate. I bought a piece one day and came back the next to add more furniture, and they were super accommodating. They even worked the additional pieces into my original package so I could still take advantage of the discounts — that was a big plus! They have so many options for all different styles — from traditional to modern and everything in between. It’s one of those places where you can find something that actually fits your taste and your budget without feeling like you’re compromising quality. Now, I will say the delivery experience could’ve been a little better. The drivers seemed a bit short and slightly off-putting when I asked if they’d mind putting on booties before coming inside (I don’t do shoes in the house!). But they did place everything exactly where I wanted, and the furniture arrived in perfect condition, so that part went smoothly overall. All in all, I’d definitely shop here again and recommend giving them a chance if you’ve been on the fence. The name “Value City” might make you think it’s cheap furniture — but it’s not. The quality, variety, and service really make it stand out. Worth checking out for sure!
