  Had a little issue with damage during shipment, the kind you and the delivery team didn't see while assembling. It was discovered a couple weeks later. No questions asked, the GM made it right. The best part, all the folks I worked with, three ladies in customer service, delivery team, service department and GM all made it painless to correct. Only positive things happened after we discovered the issue. By the way the furniture we purchased is fantastic. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be .

  My husband and I stopped in to look at couches. I asked about any financing options and William was able to get myself approved for almost $2,000 and my husband $1,6000. Were able to find something we liked ! thanks to William for GREAT floor service and thanks to the ladies that made it happen ! Lisa and Theresa. These 3 did a PHENOMONAL job at making it happen ! Definitely would recommend to family and friends !

  Great guys pick up and delivery was smooth they went out of their way to make sure things were put back in place that everything worked and made sure my wife could use her walker and get thru furniture they were awesome

  Well the couches weren’t delivered in boxes and I have a picture of the inside of the truck to prove that which is what we were told that you guys would take the boxes away. Also, since they traveled in the truck without boxes, sometime during the transit, the wood foot piece is chipped, the leather is scratched and one of the recliners top piece is slanted to the left. Also, they were laying the $6,000 couch down on the front side of the recliners which can’t be good for the foot rest of the recliner and got mud and water all over it. I have photos of all that as well
