    I ordered my furniture on Memorial Day, and to this day, I still haven’t received my dining table set. When I went to the store to check on it, I was shocked to learn that the new delivery date is next year in March! This is completely disappointing and unacceptable. I spent over $12,000 at this store, and the service I’ve received is ridiculous. The lack of honesty and transparency from the staff makes it even worse. I highly recommend everyone to look elsewhere for your furniture needs — at this store, you’ll end up feeling misled and frustrated.

    Never answer the phone spent over 25,000 cash for furniture with them. still haven’t heard back about replacement parts. I call the store no answer someone came out to my house 2months ago to see what needed to be replaced said that he would tell the store and make sure the parts was ordered. from than on I haven’t heard anything back no answer even called another value city and had them connect me and when they answered they hung up on me very unprofessional and unpleasant experience it’s bad enough I waited 4months to receive my furniture and look how they treat people when something needs to be replaced

    Neil is the worse manager ever he had no customer service skills he dont know how to talk to customers and have been here first years i will never go here ever again Neil the manager need to be trained all over

    My sales person was fantastic and so helpful in person but sadly I had to cancel the order thanks to the delivery department. I had ordered a couch in June and was expecting it now mid August . I was aware and willing to wait for it until I got a call stating it would be delayed until November! Absolutely not acceptable. Now I wasted two months of waiting when in could’ve been searching for something else. They also called with the news of its delay after closing hours so my call back wouldn’t go through until the following day.
