They did not reach me any number and sent delivery guy without informing us. No phone call, no message we got from them. When we asked then they said they can re deliver after 3 days. After 3 days they came with short stuff and damaged product. There was no chest, no dressing, no side table and no mattress. When i called then they said "we don't know why this order delivered short " and then they gave me another delivery date after 15 days. We moved from cali and my kids were sleeping on floor. I already spent 3 days in hotel and i was out of money to spend more nights in the hotel. Salesman Shakeel and manager name Eric provided me worst service. WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE. Stay away from them. Ashley and other stores are providing way better service than them.
