  If you are buying furniture from another location and they tell you to pick it up out here. The website says they open up at 10 o’clock but I got there and they don’t open up until 12. The store opens up at 10 o’clock so that’s a two hour difference they need to get their website in order

  I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the overall experience of my purchase and the delivery especially. The delivery staff was unaware of the agreements for the process of the installation of the furniture we had purchased. The store/warehouse did not let the delivery team know of what we had agreed on. There was an agreement made that the delivery team would dispose of the old furniture that would be replaced with the newly purchased furniture. They did take our old mattresses, however; they did not take the old bed frames. There was also an issue on the delivery of a tall dresser. We were told multiple times that it wouldn’t be delivered until November, however, it arrived today along with our new beds and we were not properly prepared for the dresser, as we were not aware that it would be delivered today. This is not the first time that Value city White marsh has done something like this with us where they give us details on a delivery and then change it suddenly close to the delivery date or unexpectedly without informing us of the changes. This is a classic case of “saying one thing, and doing another”.
