He was very polite. Only thing is I won’t get my furniture for a month and will probably have to make a payment on it before I get it. But the 12 months same as cash is a good deal.

- OPO'Ryan PattersonOct 13, 20251.0My husband and I went here to buy furniture for our home. We got a L shaped couch, a lazy boy chair, a coffee table that lifted up and a queen size box spring. The couch and box spring were delivered. Value city kept calling to put us back for the other things. 2 months went by and still hadn't received my items. Value city called again to put us off and they literally talk my husband into canceling the rest of the order because they couldn't get the things from their warehouse. Do better Value city!!!
- CRCierra RouseOct 8, 20252.0Two stars because those in-store were helpful. However, the first couch we chose, we waited 4 weeks to have delivered with a $200 delivery fee. After 4 weeks, they had to push it back another month. We went to pick out a new couch that could be delivered sooner. After choosing a new couch, we gave them a delivery day that would work for us. A few days later we found out that they put the wrong day down on their books and so we had to tell them that we needed to reschedule the delivery to a date neither my significant other or I would be working. We were threatened with an additional $200 reschedule fee before they realized it was a mess up on their end. I'm an EMT and he works for an airline, so we have specific days we are not working, we wouldn't have told them to bring it on a day we both work. We rescheduled it for tomorrow 10/9 and now we got a call today saying it can't be delivered tomorrow, that we have to push it back by another week. At this rate, the delivery service has been horrible to handle. Great in-store, horrible delivery. We don't have the means to transfer furniture to our home right now, so at this rate, we likely won't be using VCF in the future. Too much of a hassle for a couch that is less than a mile and a half away.
