  Great experience & really good prices! Steve was extremely helpful & patient...I added an item after he had finished the paperwork 🙄 and he had no problem with the change. We had fun & will definitely return for future furniture purchases. The young lady who checked us out was professional & kind. I think her name was Jocelyn. Overall, the transaction was easy! Thank you!

  Good afternoon, we had Crazy Steve as our salesman, he was very helpful and patient. I had made a bedroom furniture purchase a few months ago and Steve helped my boyfriend and I add to it today. Thanks so much Crazy Steve!!

  This is my second time shopping at Value City Furniture and it was a great experience! John was super helpful and made the whole trip very relaxing. He was very knowledgeable and made the entire process quick/efficient! I would definitely recommend!
