- AMAlea MOct 3, 20251.0Rude and very defensive woman in charge. We have insurance for sofa that we didn't use so we are entitled 140 $. The sofa was bought in a store in Niles. When the 5 years past without using the insurance I went immediately to the store but it was closed permanently. So now we we went in this store and she said "you had 2 months now are 8" . I told her that the store was closed and she said- "oh, it is closed from 3 years ago I was manager there". My husband said that no one told us that we have only 2 months and she said -"I'm sure R...y explained everything very well '. No, who ever he is he didn't maybe he has mentioned it but we didn't hear it. Picture that attitude in a rude manner. Before that she was talking on the phone it was obvious about a personal matter, even though the guy from the customer service told her he needs help she still went on talking on the phone. And she saw us waiting there. The other employees were very polte though
