    Complete waste of time. Told I had an 8 week delay on a single couch. I wait months.. only to find out it won't be in till December. You can go to trade school and learn how to build one before these people will get it to you on order. Family coming over and nothing to sit on. Thoroughly disappointed.

    This place is terrible, I payed full price (not on credit card) for a couch in towards the end of April. They just called me and told me I'd have to wait until December for delivery. They already had to push my delivery date from April when I payed for it to August. Which was fine, I can handle that. However, the customer service guy who called to tell me had an attitude telling me about having to wait until August when I asked him about a discount for having to wait so long. A week later I got a call from some manager approving my discount after having been on the phone with her for over 45 minutes where she's repeating the same things the original customer service guy was telling me. Then today I was told delivery can't be made until December Overall a terrible experience, this company is really struggling and can't keep their word. I would highly suggest going to a different company if you need furniture

    Ordered a sofa and loveseat back in May to be able to have possession of them around the time we moved into our new home. We received only one item in June, the sofa. The loveseat was postponed until mid July then again in late August. Here it is, August 2nd, and we wanted an update to ensure we were still good to go to receive our other half of our order later on this month. Nope, now we're postponed until December. We are livid, because not only would we have to wait over 6 months to get the remaining half of our order, but the VCF team has not made us aware of any updates regarding our order. Their professionalism is a complete joke. We spoke to a representative to cancel the other half of our order, and remove and refund is for the sofa that we have received. The sofa will be picked up and returned Wednesday August 6th. We shopped around and spoke to a representative at Bobs Discount Furniture, and they have the same set, different brand, and manufactured in the USA, and we can have them by Friday August 8th. Both sofa and loveseat. I highly recommend Bobs for their professionalism. Their customer service team, sales reps, and everyone else involved made our transaction as easy as possible. They listened to us, gave us sympathy, and executed! Will not recommend VCF to my worst enemy.
