Mattresses are so big now, and getting them in and out in a staircase is rough, but they handled it without a complaint. Value City is our go-to for all our furniture needs. We never go anywhere else.

A third party company handles it and has one day a month where they come to our area. That was two months ago, because we were out of town that day. Called today to try and get on their schedule for October, but they dont have a schedule yet for October.
