    I recently purchased a couch from Value City, and I loved my experience. Tracy greeted me as soon as I walked in, made me feel welcomed, never pressured me, and provided me great information with the inventory available. She helped me through the process and made it as smooth as possible! I highly recommend Value City and to ask for Tracy!

    We purchased some furniture back in July. The transaction went very smooth. Barry was our sales person. Very nice gentleman to deal with. Very patient and knowledgeable. The delivery went off without a hitch. They told us that our table and chairs was going to be delayed just because of production issues. As of October, we still didn’t have our table so we went back in the store. Talked to Barry again and once again, he was very helpful. He remedied the situation by getting us another table and chairs that they could get in right away. Tina in the customer service department was great. She was kind and patient and helped us get our product delivered the end of the same week. They made sure there was no additional delivery fee. Overall, a great experience with the host staff. I’d recommend this store to anyone looking for home furnishing.

    We recently made a trip to VC in St Matthews. We actually made 2 trips before we decided on a great sectional. We 1st met with Cara who helped us decide and when we came back Barry answered some final questions and made the transaction incredibly smooth. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

    Everything started well. We came to the store and the manager was very friendly and welcoming. We bought a sofa and ordered home delivery. We chose a fairly expensive delivery option because we were promised that if anything happened to the couch during transport, they would resolve the issue at their expense, either repairing it or bringing a new sofa. That's when the problems started. We agreed with the delivery company on the day and time, but they decided to do things their way and come when convenient for them. But the most interesting thing is that they delivered the sofa broken, and then the most unpleasant part began: communicating with the manager Tina, who was extremely rude and unable to answer any questions. Manager Tina promised that a repair team would come within two days and repair the sofa, but our unpleasant adventures continued. Someone from the repair team called us on the third day at seven in the morning and said they would arrive in an hour, simply presenting us with a fait accompli. Of course, we refused because no one was home at that moment. After that, we waited four days for their return, naively agreeing on a time and date again, but who sticks to those agreements🤦 The result was that we bought a new sofa and have not been able to use it for more than two weeks.

    If at all possible, avoid buying from this company. I ordered it back in April or May. It's October 4th, and I received 80% of my stuff just today. I'm still missing a nightstand. The mirror was chipped. They said, "We don't know when it'll come in..." It's absurd to spend so much money on furniture only to have it arrive damaged or missing months later. No sort of empathy from the company at all. I bet they're not waiting for their stuff for this long.
