Gave him a date and time I’d be back and he wasn’t there because “he left early for the day”. I left my name and number for him to call me back and he never did. You said you would email the furniture I picked out and the prices too, that was 5 hours ago. Take those silly signs off the doors saying 15% off for Black Friday, there are no discounts. Oh well
- SPSurya prakash PareekOct 15, 20251.0I am really pissed This was my First buying with VCF and no one in store who can take responsibility, they told they will charge my credit card when delivery happen but they charge it same day said it will deliver 9-sept I ordered my bedroom furniture in 11 July 2025 , and they postpone my delivery date by 12 weeks and said nov 2025, and I Visited store again, now they said that delivery will be in Fab-2026, Also they don’t share the direct line to talk to Store. Most un-professional service. Not going to buy anything from them ever again and not going to recommend anyone to buy from VCF at all.
