The salesman, Gaida, showed me where the recliners were, and then referred me over to Gloria to help me with any possible discounts and to assist with an issue I had with a previous purchase. She assisted me and really went the extra mile. She was so kind and very knowledgeable. Afterwards, we (me, Gloria, and Gaida) had a great conversation about positivity in the workplace. Shortly after it was delivered I realized (because of communication issues) the wrong size was delivered. I called the store and the manager was very kind and understanding and immediately fixed the problem. I will definitely be going back to this store for future purchases.
