- AMAustin MckeeOct 23, 20251.0Big fat waste of time. Ordered a couch a month and a half ago (beginning of September) Said it would be delivered in September. That turned into October then the day before delivery it turned into November. If they don’t have it in stock don’t hold your breath on the delivery date they say. The sales team does not care once they have your money. And I had to call and find out the last time it had been delayed it would have just never shown up.

Stacy came up and asked if I needed help, I told her I was just trying to find the bathroom, she showed me to the bathroom. She keeps your store extremely clean and let's talk about the bathroom, for being a public bathroom she had it extremely clean and smelling good. It's hard to keep a public bathroom clean, she said she wants everyone who visits or works at the store to have a positive experience.

Tyler took his time with us, showing us the various options available, answered our questions, demonstrated a high level of knowledge about the products that he was selling. Assisted with completion of the purchase and worked within our budget. After delivery I had to make an adjustment to my order and his follow through gave me the peace of mind that I needed. He is an asset to this organization. I have been recommending him and the store to many of our contacts.
