- CBChris bk14 days ago1.0Can’t recommend. Had Purchased two pieces of furniture. I Purchased the assembly and warranty so I’d have no worries. Couch arrived missing pieces and needing repairs. They Rescheduled someone to fix it and I took the day off to be there for them and they cancel last minute. Still waiting for repairs… I’m sure they don’t care enough to read this, but maybe it’ll save someone some hassle.. They’re good for cheap furniture.. But they don’t care about anything but the sale.

You mean to tell 4 times people came out and still brought things I already had. It didn't take a rocket science to figure out you guys gave me the wrong size frames. I am so thankful for the nice service tech that came with the right parts and did it quickly he's from the Novi store. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
