From the moment we asked about a specific item, we were quickly redirected to other stores with no effort made to keep our interest or show us alternatives. The environment felt unwelcoming, like we weren’t supposed to browse and we noticed staff watching us while engaging in what felt more like questioning than genuine assistance. It became uncomfortable, and we eventually left due to the constant, off-putting attention. The overall attitude from the employees there came across as dismissive and condescending.

- JTJess TJun 3, 20255.0Went into the store on a whim of just being out with my mom walking around stores to browse some loveseats and recliners. Walking in, we were immediately greeted by Claudia. Claudia was very friendly and easy to talk to without the "salesperson" feel. She let us be as we just walked around because I was truly just browsing. However, I spotted the perfect recliner loveseat, and it was one of their special pricing ones. We went over to Claudia and pulled it up on her tablet, and showed us all the features and color options. Claudia helped us from entering ro exiting the building. Purchase was easy. Setting up for delivery was also very easy. The 2 gentlemen delivering were very quick and efficient. Only a slight issue and that is the wrong color was delivered. I only noticed after they carried it up 3 flights and assembled it, so I wasn't going to complain. Gray is gray. Overall, I was happy with the whole experience and would recommend the store to people I know. Just check that the color is right during delivery. Purchased the Nelson reclining loveseat.
