- TNThomas Nguyen2 days ago1.0Good luck getting a hold of this place one they have your money. Tried calling the store multiple times over the last couple of days but no answer. Finally got a hold of someone and left a message with their manager but of course no call back. Emailed the sales person two days ago and still have not received a response. If terrible customer service is what you want, this is the place for you.

We originally had an idea of what type of material we wanted in a couch and what type of a budget we wanted to spend. However, this quickly changed - Bob helped guide us to other options and we ended up with a steal of a deal!! We are SO happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend friends and family to come to the Holland VCF location and check out their selection of furniture. We will be back for our next purchase—- everyone was so friendly and provided us great customer service.

During my first visit, he took the time to really chat with me knowing I wasn't sure what I was looking for, if anything at all - I just loathed my current couch. He worked with me to find a modular sofa that would fit my family's needs / space restrictions within our budget, yet wasn't pushy about making a sale at all. It really felt like he cared about providing a service first and foremost, which is the main reason I felt comfortable to return and move forward with a purchase. I'm beyond excited to get our new couch and would work with Brian 10/10 times again should we need anything in the future. (He specializes in mattresses if you're in the market for one! Also helped with suggestions on how to dispose of our old sofa, which was a huge weight lifted. Thank you Brian !!!)
