Flew into town for a quick weekend and needed a suit cleaned and ironed relatively fast. They got the job done in time.

“It's better to wait for something safe and quality than to try a new place and see what happens”.
I went to this place because my usual Drycleaner is on vacation for two weeks. I had several dirty clothes, and I didn't want to wait any longer to wash them. I bought it less than a month ago and only used it once. I try to take care of it because it's good quality, and I paid over $600 for it, and they damaged it.
I return it to be fixed and when I pick it up again I see more stains and they just tell me it can't be removed when they did it. I don't like leaving reviews whether I've had a good or bad experience, but it hurts and bothers me to buy good clothes, try to take care of them, and give them the necessary wash to take care of them, only to have them damaged without taking responsibility. That would anger anyone.

$28 dollars to fix a pant zipper and would take 2 weeks. Took it to another place, $5, ready in 2 days. Never going back

online app is poorly written and riddled with security holes. You need to know the precise amount of pounds and precise amount of individual pieces of clothing in order to set up a pickup order. no option of simply pickup and charge by pound, (this is achieved by every other laundry establishment without an app for decades). I am all for innovation and automation, but this is an egregious technical extreme that borders on silly but falls squarely in self defeating. Also do not attempt to contact, by phone, any of the physical locations.
