  Thanks to Kelsey and team for their installation of a new awning with "supporting arms". Kelsey is extremely knowledgable of all their products and he doesn't try to sell you something that is not needed. His team made effective look so routine. Pleasure doing business with them from sale to installation. Moe and Dolores Poirier Canton.

  Valley came put to help fix a propane stove. They came and never reached out about what was wrong. I had to really chase them down to get an answer. When I finally got ahold of them, they sprung an inspection fee on me that was bot disclosed prior to the appointment or any time in the month I was chasing them. When I finally got a response, they told me my stove was not worth saving so I asked them to give me options for replacement. I was told they would have to come back out so I made another appointment. The salesperson canceled because he didn't want to bring his Mercedes on my dirt road. Unethical and rule. Dont waste your time.

  Clean shop with a friendly staff. I have been using their chimney sweep for years and bought a stove from them in past. The salesman explained everything clearly and simply and took the time to discuss my concerns before giving me two quotes.
