Our mission is to collect accounts assigned by our clients. We will pursue all allowable methods necessary to collect these accounts including, but not limited to, making pre-suit demands, filing of lawsuits, wage garnishments, bank account attachments, property liens, etc.
We recognize however, that cooperating with customers who cooperate with us, who express a willingness to pay and who will work toward settlement of their debt is in the best interest of that person, our client, and of course Valley Credit Service.
We believe in forward thinking and anticipating the needs and changes influencing our clients and the collection industry. We pride ourselves in being a member of the Oregon and American Collectors Association and adhere to

- KCKelly CaudellOct 14, 20251.0Uncooperative to say the least. They won’t write the remaining balance on a cash receipt. They fail to explain why they sent my wife another persons info and demanding payment/bullying over the phone. They served me paperwork at my house and demanded money. Went to mediation and they didn’t show up to the appointment. It should have been dismissed but wasn’t. I missed work. If I would have not shown up I would have a court appointed appearance🤔. This list goes on. I’m Contacting BBB. I would prefer to not pay commission to the employee on my case load Sheila. Seems fair.

This person was supposed to pay for my services and said she didn't work and come to find out she did. She owed me 1200 dollars and I called this company and I have not had one issues with very nice and polite and professional. I thank you all for caring about my business without you guys on my side I wouldn't have lost all that money. Thanks to them I get back most of the money back.

I've read some of your reviews and I guess when you're in a position of holding individuals accountable for their actions and poor choices, we find out real fast who are the cupcakes of our community. Also, please remember that defamation against either your company, or any of its employees is a serious action against you and should be handled as such. Thanks again for holding individuals accountable for their poor choices, all we can do is pray they make better choices in the future...

Then bam they hit me with a wage garnishment almost 10 years after the fact. Now I am living in a travel trailer and having to file bankruptcy. This should be illegal
