I had a leak at the meter, and the first plumber dug down to the pipe where the leaks had been in the past. No leak, and no obvious location for any other leak. They recommended a leak detection company that had special technology, and as soon as the leak detector localized the leak, a Val Betti plumber came again and fixed the leak with a new pipe fitting, and returned the soil to it's normal position with no mess. I verified that the repair was 100% percent successful, with not the slightest leak at the meter.
