Do you offer any warranties?
Vacuum Pump Rebuilders (VPR) provides a one-year warranty on pumps rebuilt by VPR or sold as rebuilt. Used pumps come with a 30-day warranty. Our warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship for repair, rebuild, rebuilt, and refurbished services or products. Please note that warranties are limited to the specific equipment serviced and do not cover items not replaced or repaired during the service. Exclusions apply for damages due to shipping, misuse, contamination, lack of maintenance, or normal wear. For warranty service, products must be returned to VPR, with the customer responsible for associated costs.
