  Excellent service ! 5 stars as usual. Kelsey was superb… very accommodating and she fixed my vacuum cleaner and changed the belt ! Great attention and customer services as always. I highly recommend. Vacuum Concepts !

  Great business. They're honest and fair-priced. They're products are top-notch. I bought my vacuum, a Riccar, years ago and it still runs great. I used to get a new one from Walmart every year or two, but the gentleman I talked to sold me on the idea of investing in a vacuum that was built not just to get the job for now, but to keep getting the job done, day in and day for many years. I take it in every couple of years to be maintained, and I have to admit... he was right.

  We were having problems with our Hide-a-hose not retracting, it turned out that the problem was with the initial installation 14 yrs ago. that a protruding nail in our basement joists has punctured the pvc and was not allowing the hose to completely retract. So to detect this problem they brought in a camera device and was able to identify the nail and remedy the problem. Kudos to Vacuum Concepts.

  I visited Vacuum Concepts with my Bissell sweeper. The roller was not moving. Dropped it off right b fore the Labor Day weekend. They were so friendly and listened to me And Took Notes about my problem! I told them not to start my repairs until after the Holiday, and I was in no hurry. They called me Tuesday with estimate, which I approved. Sweeper was fixed and ready to pick up on Wednesday. Again, they were friendly at pickup. After I used the sweeper the first time it didn’t feel quite right. Took it back in and they tweaked the belt right then and all fixed! I will be taking in a sweeper in that I was told was not fixable. I bet they fix it! Very happy with the service, and highly recommend.
