  Very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable—I only needed a quick fix for my cord and they were so helpful in getting it done quickly and efficiently, and they even did a quick interior clean without extra charge! Super happy I went here :)

  I brought in my vacuum to be fixed, paid $30 for them to fix what they said was a clog. I thought that was a fair price. I took my vacuum home, turned it on and it was doing the exact same thing it was doing when I took it in...Like they didn't fix it at all, and definitely didn't turn it on before calling me and telling me it was ready. My husband ended up using a shop vac and water from a hose to clear a HUGE clog out of it. So they literally did nothing, which is okay...I get everyone makes mistakes. Well, they were apologetic and all but are now saying I need to bring it back in, so they can test it again to make sure I'm being honest about it before sending me my money back. I own a store and have two small children. a) I don't have time to bring it back b) my husband fixed it because they didn't c) you don't make unhappy customer's jump through hoops to get a refund for bad service.

  Great customer service and very upfront if your vacuum is worth the cost to get repaired.
