  Had a great phenomenal experience at this boutique. From the start we walked in the door Carlos had greeted us and provided us a great customer service. He talked about the history of the brand. He also letting us trying out couple timepieces. We were around the area to see our family and we wish that we have a closer boutique back home. If you are in the area and you love Vacheron and their timepieces, you definitely should check out this boutique. I highly recommend Carlos if you are looking to purchase a watch.

  Reached out to this boutique looking for a specific watch band for a pre-owned VC Historiques 1942. The conversation (with Ab..) started well then he abruptly ended the call and asked that I email him photos of the watch which I did. He never called back. This was the 3rd VC boutique that I had called with a simple question but got nowhere. And the US main concierge service for VC was of no help here and insisted on sending me to "another" boutique rather than resolving the issue themselves. On the web, poor customer service seems to be a problem for VC in the US. I also sensed that the boutiques have little interest in helping customers who are not established clients or when you call them for something other than the purchase of a new watch. That's too bad.

  Every visit to Vacheron Constantin has been incredible, and that is because of Thao. She is outstanding in every way - warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She has a gift for making you feel comfortable the moment you walk in, and her knowledge of the brand gives you complete confidence in the process. My recent purchase could not have gone better, and it was Thao who made the entire experience smooth and memorable. I also appreciate how she consistently goes above and beyond, not only for me but also for my family and friends whenever they visit with me. I've also had the wonderful pleasure to work with Abdullah, who is equally gracious and professional. Together, Thao and Abdullah create an atmosphere that makes you want to return again and again!
