Even though we came to the store just to purchase a strap for a vintage piece we bought in our home city, the person who helped us made us feel like we were their best customers. We appreciate your help!

We love Sally! The team is so sweet and make everyone feel like good friends when we visit. The best part of the boutique is being able to see pieces that we overlooked online. Everything is better in person, particularly the service.

If you’re looking for a first-class purchasing experience at the Vacheron Constantin flagship boutique on Rodeo in Beverly Hills, keep looking! I purchased a 1921 timepiece, brought it home, and it had lost 16 minutes. By the next morning, it had lost another 15 minutes. Later that morning, it stopped! Promptly brought it back to the Beverly Hills boutique, where they confirmed it had stopped. One would naturally think it hadn’t been fully wound, but the salesman had wound it fully the previous day to show me how the crown's resistance felt. They told me they would need to keep it for 3 days to let it run through a complete 65-hour power reserve cycle. They should have immediately offered me a refund or, at the very least, a replacement watch. Only after several days had passed and many frustrating calls had been made did they finally agree to replace it. This abysmal purchasing experience is absurd for a company like Vacheron Constantin, which constantly promotes its philosophy of “Do better if possible, and that is always possible.” Looks like doing better wasn’t possible this time! Ultimately, their team could never tell me why the original watch had lost time and subsequently stopped.
