  I stopped by to see and try on an Overseas Chrono in steel. They didnt have one but Nicole was super helpful and mentioned she would be able to get one for me in a few weeks. She showed me numerous pieces to ensure I was getting what I would like best. Got the text 2 weeks later letting me know it was available. I was not able to come into the boutique to pick it up so Nicole shipped it to me and I received it the next day. I am extremely happy with the level of customer service that Nicole provided and look forward to acquiring future pieces from her. Overall great experience! Highly recommend stopping by and seeing Nicole.

  Gorgeous watches and shop. Nicole is the best, helpful, friendly, and super communicative. I like that they actually try to get you watches you want (vs Rolex).

  I visited the boutique a few weeks ago and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Heidy. She was incredibly patient with me and must have let me try on 10 different watches. I think I also got lucky that day where they had many watches in stock to look at. She was knowledgeable and kind and I truly had a great time just chatting with her. She showed me many different options including ones I hadn’t even thought to try. I left with a beautiful watch that I’ve loved wearing. Looking forward to adding more pieces to my collection!

  I am a long-term client of Vacheron Constantin’s NYC flagship boutique on 57th Street and the 5 start reviews I am giving and others have given are well-earned. Vacheron Constantin is the world’s oldest watch brand in continuous operation and in September will celebrate 270 years of constant operation. As any watch collector will tell you, VC makes world class watches. Most of its collections are dress watches other than its most popular, the Overseas which is its sport watch collection. Between my wife and I, we have bought 3 watches from his wonderful boutique - 2 Overseas and a 270th Anniversary Patrimony. The reason this boutique has earned so many five star reviews is not just the watches, but the customer service and treatment. New York City is notorious for poor customer service at some of the boutiques run by other Holy Trinity Swiss brands. Some of them treat you like a piece of l dirt and that you are lucky to even be in the store at all - even if you’re a serious collector. This kind of behavior has angered and alienated, watch collectors, especially with respect to one of VC’s rivals, which operates a store very close by. At this boutique, from the first time I walked in without a purchase history I was treated like a valued potential client. I was shown multiple watches and I was able to put myself on the list for the watch I wanted, which I received a few months later - the Overseas stainless steel blue dial chronograph. I was not forced or coerced into buying watches I didn’t want to get it, which I appreciated. Later, my wife and I continued our watch journey with VC with her adding an ice blue dial Overseas ladies watch and with me adding the white gold 270th Anniversary Patrimony. All purchased from this boutique. I have been exceedingly happy with the customer service I have received from both my sales associate and the Assistant Store Director Panos. Panos is outstanding, very knowledgeable and helpful and I highly recommend him. All told, this is a wonderful place to go to if you love the brand and want to continue or start your journey with them.

  Traveled from NC to NYC for a scheduled appointment to try on a specific VC watch—only to be told upon arrival they didn’t have it in stock. Do you think perhaps they could have told me that before I came all that way for nothing? PS. Despite stating that they'd contact me shortly to "sort this out", I never heard back from them. PPS. They had no trouble emailing me twice to confirm my appointment so they obviously must have my email address.
